Questions & answers
What is EnerCHI?
EnerCHI is a retreat and well-being practice based in Surprise, Arizona, founded by Teigh Gabrielle Jordan Wade, a Licensed Massage Therapist, Board-Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Reiki Grand Master, Quantum-Touch Practitioner, Behavior Modification Therapist and NLP Practitioner. Its focus is helping people release stress, step out of fight or flight and reconnect with nature and themselves.
When is the next retreat?
Retreat dates are not posted publicly. Every EnerCHI retreat is private, whether individual or group, and the people attending receive the dates and details directly from Teigh.
How do I ask about a retreat?
Contact Teigh directly. All retreats are private and are planned for one person or for a group. There is no online booking; it starts with a conversation.
Do you still offer in-office hypnotherapy or energy sessions?
No. EnerCHI no longer offers in-office, clinical-setting sessions and is not accepting clients for standard hypnotherapy sessions, energy sessions or other in-office appointments. EnerCHI has evolved into a retreat-only, concierge-style experience. Every retreat is private and personally arranged.
Do you sell packages or products?
No. This website is informational. It explains EnerCHI's retreats and the practices behind them. For retreat details or a private retreat, contact Teigh directly.
Is energy work a replacement for medical care?
No. Reiki, Quantum-Touch, massage and relaxation practices support general well-being, but they are not a substitute for medical or mental health care. Please talk with your doctor about any health concern.
What does "fight or flight" mean?
Fight or flight is the body's built-in stress alarm. It speeds up your heart and breathing to handle danger. Ongoing stress can keep it switched on. Slow breathing, meditation and time in nature can help the body return to calm.
